Terms of use
TapToVote is free. By making or joining a poll, you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.
Using it
- Anyone can make a poll or vote. You don't need an account.
- The person who makes a poll is responsible for it: the questions, the pictures, and how they use the answers.
- Use it lawfully and kindly. No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content involving minors, spam, scams, or collecting passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
- Don't upload pictures you don't have the right to use.
- Don't try to break, overload, scrape or copy the service, its words or its code, or use it to train AI.
What we can do
We can remove a poll, hide an answer, or block a phone or address that breaks these rules, without notice. The rude-word filter and moderator mode help, but no filter catches everything, so a host should watch the screen.
No promises
TapToVote is given "as is", free of charge. We work hard to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or keep data beyond the 60 days described in our privacy page. Download results you want to keep. As far as the law allows, Thin Air Studios LLC isn't liable for any loss from using it, and our total liability is limited to $50.
Ownership
Your questions and answers are yours. TapToVote's name, owl, design and code belong to Thin Air Studios LLC.
The rest
Colorado law applies. If these terms change, the date at the top changes too, and using TapToVote after that means you accept the new terms. Questions: the help page at Owl Test Prep.
